On the evening of September 12, 2015, Italian tennis experienced one of the most beautiful moments in its history.

At the most prestigious tournament, the Us Open in New York, Flavia Pennetta beat Roberta Vinci in the final. Two Italians at the top of the tennis world. From the union of the names of the two great champions, both native of Puglia, was born the FLARÒ, a tribute to two extraordinary women, who have brought the name of our country high in the world, thanks to an event that has marked the history of international sport. The first still rosé from our winery, an intriguing cross between Negramaro and Aleatico.

After the grapes have been crushed and destemmed, the must remains in contact with the skins for about 6/8 hours – 10°C.
At the end of maceration, the must, which has thus obtained the typical pink colour, is drained and separated from the skins.
The fermentation takes place at 13-14°C and lasts about 20 days.

First ten days of September.
