Zoe
Passito Fiano di Puglia IGT
Sweetness runs in the family.
A wine that completes the company’s product portfolio in the best possible way
An absolutely outstanding Fiano whose drying on the vine gives a fundamental sugar concentration to express the sweetness expected of this passito. A wine that is nevertheless always correctly balanced, where the sweetness, which is present, is never excessive; one appreciates its balance and its continuous pleasant dance between softness and freshness.
A wine with these characteristics could only be dedicated to an important member of our family, Zoe, our beloved little dog, whose sweetness perfectly matches the wine dedicated to her.
