Composed of Chardonnay, Fiano and Verdeca grapes.
It has a bright gold colour of beautiful consistency with greenish reflections; on the nose notes of honey and banana, which are the descriptors of Fiano and Chardonnay, followed by a complexity of spices, bergamot, bitter almond and sage.

Vinification | The grapes are harvested and vinified separately. After soft crushing, they undergo pre-fermentation cryomaceration for about 6 hours at 10 °C. The Verdeca is vinified in white, Fiano with 4-hour maceration, Chardonnay with 12-hour maceration. Subsequently, the cleaned musts ferment at 14 °C for about 20 days, each grape with its own yeasts. The Chardonnay ferments 60% in steel and 40% in barriques. It is stored in wood for 6 months where malolactic fermentation takes place. The Verdeca and Fiano are ferment in steel. At the end of the ageing period, the wine is blended and bottled. |
