A vine with excellent olfactory characteristics able to express a pleasant, rounded fruit in our wine, but which is, at the same time, of great freshness and drinkability.
IL ROSSO Primitivo di Manduria DOP
Ruby red with violet reflections. The nose opens with notes of cherry and cinnamon enriched with hints of chocolate.
The palate is elegant and fruity with a dense tannic texture and a long, persistent finish.

NOITRÈ Spumante Brut Rosè
The beginning of an adventure that will be handed down from generation to generation. NOITRE is a vintage rosé sparkling wine (thirty-six months on the lees) made solely from Negroamaro grapes.

DONNA AUGUSTA Bianco Salento IGT
It has a bright gold colour with a nice consistency and greenish reflections; on the nose, it has notes of honey and banana, which are the descriptors of fiano and chardonnay, but then comes a complexity of spices (oregano), bergamot, bitter almond and sage. It is aged in small barrels made from 8 different low-toasted woods.
RACCONTAMI Primitivo di Manduria DOC
Its visual richness pre-announces a strong character and, at the same time, velvety impact. Its warm scent of spices and berries anticipates its great, soft drinkability.
